On one of my journeys up the mountain, I drive on a very rural road for about 5 miles. There are stop signs at random intersections that I’ve yet to see a car at…we are talking RURAL. 
And then, the posted speed limit is 20 MPH…
I can’t quite figure this out. And then this…
In the middle of nowhere😂😂😂. Not sure where the water comes from, as it is well beyond city limits. And even more peculiar…it’s not close to any house!
So there you have it. The perplexities from my Monday😂😂😂.
The stop signs are there to encourage the drivers to stop and consider the beautiful scenery surrounding them and to take a break from their hectic lives. The fire hydrant is the equivalent of a bathroom to the coyotes, wolves, etc., akin to the fascinating bathrooms of the other countries you visited and submitted posts on.
