A long, but amazing day. The machine continue to run smoothly. When others are overloaded, someone steps in to help. It truly is a beautiful thing to see. There were many patients today, and only three providers, yet we still saw well over 137! I am a bit tired so I’ll do some big blogging in the morning, but for now I wanted to share some photos of the food we’ve been eating😃. We pick up breakfast on our way to the clinic site, and it’s either pork and rice, or an omelette.

Lunch of fried noodles. Also to go. All vegetables we eat have to be cooked, and all fruit in skin😂😂.
The children all have chores, and today this little guy snagged dish duty. It is obvious he takes it very seriously!
