Sleepless in Entebbe

I woke well before my 4:36 am alarm this morning, and my mind stated a-thinkin’. Always a good thing, but not in the wee hoursπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚. It will be our first clinic day, but there is much left undone due to no access to the site yesterday. So, we’ll get to the church early this morning and get to work. My thoughts center on how to streamline the pharmacy station. There is so much to be done, paperwork wise, that we tend to continue working on it long into the evening, and that shouldn’t be the case. It is an accountability necessity as we are dispensing medications and monitoring chronic health issues and reportable diseases. Malaria and HIV are prevalent in Africa. As I try to think of ways to work ‘smarter not harder’, all I really want just now is a cup of freshly brewed coffee πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚! I’ll post some fun photos just to bring a smile for now, as it’s too dark for a selfie of bed-head hairπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚.
