After one, last meal with the remnant of our group, Dean and I set off to explore Old City Jerusalem one more time. It was early, cool and quiet. I don’t think I posted these pictures yet, but if I did, forgive me. The time is fleeting now that we are nearing the end of the trip.

Not sure what the wall thingy with the pitcher is for, but the small, metal bar on the doorposts are the blessing mantels. Not sure what they’re called in Hebrew, but I’ll google it later π. Got Dean dropped off at the hotel, and I’m going down to ‘the square’. They’re having a street market of some sortπππππ.

Halvah slabs everyone was giving us samples, and it was delicious!

Our first toddy stop. She’s from New York, but decided to move to Israel four years ago. Her parents joined her two years ago. They are Jewish and wanted to be in the homeland.

As I was using the ‘loo for one, final wee before leaving Missoula for the Motherland, I got to thinking of things that need improvement. F...
