It always feels like I’m coming home when I’m in North Dakota. And the prairie sunset has not changed since I was a child! I still love watching it rise in the morning, and settled back down in the evening. Today Jax and I enjoyed a walk along the Red River. He is good company when I’m away, and it lessons the guilt of leaving him behind. For some reason, I don’t feel the same guilt with my husband.ššš But then he understands why I’ve gone, and when I will return. Harder to communicate that to a dog, smart as he is! Nevertheless, he’s been great company.

Reflections on the Red River ☺️.

Came across a dogasaurus den š!
Turns out North Dakota is a dog friendly state š. After my visit to BeeHomes of Moorhead, the house manager mentioned several places that allow dogs. Brew Halla was our first go-round, after the dog park of course! It was so fun being able to take him inside with me. And he was a perfect gentleman!

A wonderful first-day-in-Fargo/Moorhead!
