In my travels up to Grand Mesa today, I saw numerous storm clouds hovering over all areas of the valley, save for Montrose. And the radio station I listen to broadcasts throughout the state of Colorado, so they’ve been forewarning of up to 10 to 15 inches of snow. But not in Montrose. Today the sun was shining yet again, with brief but intermittent clouds passing over. Below is what I call ‘trouble over Olathe’😂…
The clouds were scattered so numerous around Montrose, but I knew my phone couldn’t quite capture the magnitude of them. Once again, I am so grateful for this little corner of the state, and the ease with which I have passed winter!
Some more fun in my day…
This is where some of the famous Olathe sweet corn is grown!
The Ute Indian Museum was the site one of the first Christmas craft fairs I attended shortly after I arrived in Montrose. I’ve only now taken the time to explore the outer sites 💕. I am so glad I did.
