After the lovely stroll down Rue de Mouffetard, Kelly2 and I decided to venture out to the L’Arc du Triomphe. While making our way through the metro, we made a quick trip up and out for a potty break. In Paris, it’s easiest just to go to a café, order something to drink, sit and enjoy your beverage of choice, and then use the loo at the establishment before taking your leave, which is precisely what we did. There are few public toilettes here. As we headed back to the (underground) metro station, I noticed something interesting in the distance, and so off we went to check it out…
These random and exquisite markers/memorials and statues are everywhere here, and one never knows what lies just around the next corner! We continued on, as it was evident there was something else just down the way.
By now we were on the hunt, as we saw yet MORE unique and exquisite ahead!

By this time, all intentions of finding the L’arc du Triomphe went by the wayside. We were enjoying our seek and discover mission so much more! 😂👏👏👏 A quick break offered a lovely glass of chilled rose🍷 with a view!
