Glacial Trek

So after a lovely morning of working in the kitchen, we loaded up on the bus and were dropped off for about a 2 1/2 hour hike. I am beyond exhausted, but it is a good exhausted! What a wonderful adventure.πŸ˜±πŸ˜†πŸ‘πŸ‘!

View from afar 😊.

Up close and personal now! At times, it was terrifying. We had grippers on our shoes, but it still felt odd walking on glacial ice! Especially down the steeper ridges. 😬

This glacier is just so beautiful! And it was spectacular being able to walk over and around and through the crevices. The day was further enhanced by the clear skies and bright sunshine! I do believe I have a bit of a sunburn!

Happy to be alive πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚! I gave Erika my sermon on sure footednessπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚.
