Our second stop. Part of the ‘gospel triangle’ (Bethsaida, Capernaum, and Chorazin) and the very place three of the disciples came from! Philip, Andrew and Peter 😊. It is up high and overlooks the Sea of Galilee. It is also very near the Jordan River. This too was a Syrian stronghold during the war, but Israel prevailed and reclaimed it!
In spite of the many miracles preformed here, including the feeding of the 5000, the people sadly rejected the message of Jesus.
