Capernum

Capernum seemed to be a larger city, and the place Jesus called ‘home’ during his ministry years. Capernum also overlooks the Sea of Galilee, and sits up on a hill. Very lovely. The synagogue is most likely the one that stood during Jesus’ time here.

This oddly shaped building rests on top of the site where Jesus lived with Peter, his in-laws and Peter’s wife. Or where it is PRESUMED they lived 😊.
